The bed can be made up as a single or kingsize by prior arrangement when booking.
Although there is no en-suite, you have easy access to the wet room bath/shower room on the ground floor. You may find you have this to yourself as the other two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
The flagpole is at this end of the house. Top tip: if at night the flag rope makes a flapping noise in the night, like rigging on a ship, it is not properly fixed down. Next time when someone takes down the flag just check that the brass connectors are brought down to low level and you could also wind the rope once or twice round the pole before tying it off at the bottom. That will keep everything tight and avoid anyone getting in a flap.
Bedroom 3 is 3.7 metres x 2.7 metres.
