Booking

We are now taking bookings for stays in 2025. To check availability and prices, and then if you wish to make a booking, please either click on the calendar below or follow this link.

The Island is currently undergoing a major renovation, which will eventually make it an even better stay for all our lovely guests. As with any building project, the finishing date depends on factors outside our control but we expect it to be in 2024, at which point we will open for bookings for the rest of 2024.

If you would like to be kept informed about the progress of the works and likely reopening date for 2024 bookings please drop us an email at info@theislandcornwall.uk and we will email you when we have more news.

The good news is that we are now taking bookings for periods from January 2025, by when we certainly hope and expect the renovations will be completed. This is on the understanding that in the, entirely unexpected, event that the renovations are not competed in time then a full refund will be given.

Dates must start and finish on a Monday or Friday, and so a stay can be for a 3-night long weekend, a 4-night mid-week break, or a full week (or some combination of those, such as 10 or 14 days).

Rates for a weekend or mid-week break are 75% of the full week.

A couple using only the master bedroom can take advantage of a special “Just for two” discount of 25%. To be fair to our guests bringing school-aged children, we do not offer this discount during school holidays (Easter, summer, Christmas and half terms).

The 2025 rates range from:

• a week in peak season for up to six people: £5,920; down to
• a “Just for Two” 3-night weekend (or 4-night mid-week break) out of term time: £1,350.

We offer a further small discount to all guests returning for a second or subsequent visit. Please email us on info@theislandcornwall.uk for a discount code if this applies to you.
