Our house manager Nick will be in contact prior to your arrival with key and housekeeping details. He will typically welcome you and show you around, or if you are arriving out of hours he will arrange a key for you in the key safe. Either way you will have Nick’s number and he is always happy to help with any queries you may have during your stay.
Dates must start and finish on a Monday or Friday, and so a stay can be for a 3-night long weekend, a 4-night mid-week break, or a full week (or some combination of those, such as 10 or 14 days).
Rates for a weekend or mid-week break are 75% of the full week. Except in peak season (May half term, summer holidays and Christmas) a couple using only the master bedroom can take advantage of a special “Just for two” discount of 25%.
As a guide, the current rates, which are subject to change, range from:
- a week in peak season: £5,600; down to
- a “Just for Two” 3-night weekend or 4-night mid-week break (not in peak season): £1,233.
